A: Call us not the restaurant when you want to place an order.
A: Delivery charge does not include gratuity for our drivers. They check and pack your order just like a waiter or waitress. A tip of 10-15% is customary. Your delivery driver does not receive any portion of the delivery fee. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
A: If you don't see any of those please be sure and call us. We add new areas, restaurants and items all the time but they just might not be listed.
A: Yes there is. We have a $8.50 delivery fee for most customers. The delivery driver gratuity is not included.
A: Yes the minimum order cost must be at least $15.00 without the delivery charge and gratuity for the driver.
A: Can be to your door in as little as 40 minutes depending on traffic, weather conditions, and restaurant preparation time. So times may vary. We do not place the order with the restaurant until we have a driver available to pick up your meal. This ensures the freshest possible food.
A: No we cannot deliver any kind of alcoholic drinks at at this time because we do not carry a permit to do that.

Once an order is placed with us it is considered a final sale and must be paid for by the customer. No refunds will be given until an investigation is done and Your Eat Out In is determined to be at fault for the complaint.
We reserve the right to cancel or deny any order placed with us at anytime for any reason.
Sometimes a restaurant may be out of an item or no longer have it. In this case we reserve the right to substitute that item with another item at anytime on any order.
